About Kimberly Vance
I started my career at Bank One. Working my way up and eventfully becoming an Officer of the Bank is where I obtained my Ohio Life and Health Insurance License. I then started to travel with Bank One, NA throughout the United States dealing with National Retail Associations ( BP Oil, UPS Stores, Sears, etc.) negotiating the terms and placement of ATM Machines in their various retail outlets. After leaving the Bank, I went to work for a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Here I was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing working with Business Owners to provide customized solutions and programs in Benefits Administration, Human Resources, Workers Compensation and Payroll.
In of 2000, I started an Insurance Agency, Employer Benefit Solutions, (EBS). We focus on everything from quality healthcare benefits, employee communication and education to Life Insurance, Dental, Vision, LTD/STD. We have developed strong Strategic Alliances with Business Partners such as TASC and IEBS one of the largest whole sale agencies in the state of Ohio. These partnerships allow me to offer Business Owners and their Employees, benefits that are created specifically for them as well as keep them ERISA compliant and fully educated on the changing market of Healthcare and Benefit Plans.
About Chuck Keish
Chuck has worked in the Professional Employer Organization PEO/Healthcare Industry for over 20 years, as Vice President of Sales and Partner with Employee Leasing Services, ELS. His expertise and knowledge of the industry helped grow the company to over 10,000 lives per week. With his assistance the insurance division of the business grew by over 400% during his tenure. In 2008, he started the PEO division of the Callos Company, Chuck set up the insurance division as part of the PEO. He became a partner due to his contribution in growing the company’s revenue base. Chuck was a strategic partner in setting up the company to become a force in the PEO/Healthcare arena. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Sales as of 2018. Chuck is a leader in the tremendous growth of our company which services clients from the East Coast to the Midwest. Chuck has been married for 27 years and has 2 grown children.
About Kimberly and TASC
Kimberly is a regional sales director for TASC, with a territory covering New England (Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont). Kimberly’s knowledge in areas of healthcare compliance like COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and HIPAA as well as a vast understanding of regulations surrounding Section 105, 106, and 125 Plans - provides an exceptional foundation from which to consult with and advise insurance companies, agents, financial advisors, and business owners.
Kimberly believes in a client-facing approach. After helping benefits consultants design tax savings programs, she routinely accompanies them to employer management and employee enrollment meetings. This fosters a unified collaboration that benefits program design, the sales process, client implementation, and the employee experience.
